Common Service Centre (CSC)

Electronic Clearing Services (ECS)
IndiaFirst policyholders can pay premium via ECS facility by submitting the mandate form along with a cancelled Cheque at any Indiafirst Life Branches or send the original mandate to the below mentioned address :

ECS is an automated facility which debits your premium from the bank account specified by you, on your premium due date.
To avail this facility, you have to submit the ECS or NACH* along with a cancelled Cheque (which helps us record the MICR code of your bank). Once you submit this form, we can activate the ECS facility for your policy.

IndiaFirst policyholders can register his/her policy on their respective bank sites. Customers can make payment through Net Banking. Policy holder has to register his/her policy in the Banker’s site who will send the policies for verification through their registered payment aggregators (Bill Desk ) to IndiaFirst Life Insurance Co. Ltd. After verifying the policies, IndiaFirst Life Insurance Co. Ltd. will send acceptance to the Banker through their registered payment aggregators (Bill Desk).
IndiaFirst policyholders can set standing instructions online via Credit Card** (Master Card/Visa ) at www.indiafirstlife.com. It’s easy and no paperwork required to register. Alternatively, IndiaFirst policy holders can set standing instruction on Credit Card, by visiting our website www.indiafirstlife.com. This facility is available at the time of making premium payment online.

IndiaFirst policyholders can avail the facility of premium payment via Credit Card** through the Interactive Voice Response System of our call centre. For paying premium pls call on Toll Free no. 1800 209 8700.
As per RBI guidelines, effective January 1, 2011, all merchant IVR transactions using Credit or Debit Card**s will need to be authenticated with an additional password.
** In case, the proposer/policyholder opts for premium payment through Credit/Debit Card**, the payment must be made only through Credit/Debit Card** issued on the name of such proposer/policyholder.
